The problem

Your practice is running on six tools and your evenings.

Nobody trained you to be an operations department. But that is what running a special education tutoring practice quietly turns into.

Lessons rebuilt from scratch

Every student needs something different, so every plan starts over. The work happens after dinner, on a document nobody will ever open again.

Records scattered everywhere

Goals in one file, session notes in another, accommodations in your head. When the ARD meeting comes, you rebuild the story from memory.

Parents left guessing

They want to know if it is working. You want to tell them. Neither of you has a straight answer that did not take an hour to assemble.

What you get

One connected workflow, from goal to ARD-ready record.

Lesson planning

Differentiated lessons in minutes, not evenings.

Pick a standard. Get a lesson already shaped to the student in front of you: their diagnosis, their accommodations, their reading level, aligned to Texas standards. You review and adjust. The blank page is gone.

  • Aligned to TEKS and built around IEP and 504 goals
  • Differentiated across nine SLD profiles, including combined diagnoses
  • Present it slide by slide or print a student and tutor copy

My Climb practice

Practice between sessions that meets each student.

Send home practice built from the same goals you are teaching. Students climb a pathway and advance only when they have shown they are ready, so practice stays at the right level.

  • Questions built from each student's own goals
  • Advances at 80 percent across three sets, never by guessing
  • Read-aloud and other supports built in

Progress you can actually bring to the table.

Every practice set feeds mastery tracking on IEP and TEKS goals. When the ARD meeting comes, turn it into a clear, reviewed record in a few clicks. You approve every word.

  • Mastery tracked on every goal as the student works
  • A reviewed, printable progress record as supplemental evidence
  • Session notes, attendance, and service hours captured as you go

Why this exists

I built the tool I could not find.

I am a Texas Educational Diagnostician. I have sat on both sides of the ARD table, and I have spent too many nights rebuilding a lesson from scratch for a child who needed something specific, then trying to prove at a meeting that it worked.

Academy is the system I wanted: one that knows the student, carries the documentation, and gives the work back to teaching. I am building it with a small group of tutors who know exactly how this feels.

Questions, answered

The things people ask first

What is AccommodatED Academy?

It is a supplemental platform for tutors, special education teachers, and families. Tutors and teachers build differentiated lessons aligned to Texas standards and a student's accommodations, students practice, and families follow the progress and reports in one place.

Is this a diagnostic or clinical tool?

No. AccommodatED Academy does not diagnose or evaluate. It produces AI-generated, standards-aligned practice and progress data. The tutor's professional review is the check, and the data is meant to inform ARD and school conversations, not replace them.

Is student data kept private?

Yes. Access is scoped by role, student records are visible only to the people connected to that student, and families can review, export, and request changes to their data. The platform is built for COPPA and FERPA-aware handling of student information.

How does it support ARD and school meetings?

The Academy tracks goal progress and mastery over time and turns it into clear progress records. Families and tutors can bring that documentation to ARD meetings and school discussions as supplemental, standards-aligned evidence of how a student is doing.

Who is it for?

Tutors and small tutoring practices who want lesson planning and IEP-aligned progress tracking without building it themselves, special education teachers, and families supporting a student with learning differences.

What does it cost?

Public pricing is $15 per month for Core, $35 for Starter, and $59 for Professional, each with a 14-day free trial. A locked founding rate (Starter $19, Professional $32) is available by application, which costs nothing and does not start a subscription.

How do I start?

Tutors can start a 14-day free trial on any plan, or apply for a locked founding rate. Families can request tutoring, and we match your child with a tutor who brings them into the Academy. If someone has already set up your account, sign in with the details they shared. Prefer to talk to a person first? Book a Path Planning session with AccommodatED Pathways.
