What happens if I run out of lesson credits?
Academy stops and tells you. There is no per lesson overage charge and no surprise invoice. You decide whether to add a Lesson Credit Pack.
How are lesson credits shared between tutors?
Each tutor on your account keeps 10 credits that only they can use. Everything above those protected credits sits in a shared account pool.
What is the difference between the plans?
Plans differ by capacity, not features: lesson credits, tutor seats, and My Climb students. Core is the light entry tier; Starter and Professional add capacity. A locked founding rate is offered on Starter and Professional by application.
What is a My Climb student?
A student you have turned My Climb on for. Each one gets up to 300 practice questions a month, built from their own goals and accommodations. Students who are not using My Climb do not count.
Does the founding rate really last?
Yes, for as long as you stay continuously subscribed. If you cancel, the founding rate ends permanently and coming back means paying the standard rate at that time.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. Start a 14-day free trial on any plan. You get 14 days or 10 AI lessons, whichever comes first. Your card is collected now and charged when the trial ends; cancel anytime before then and you will not be charged.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are monthly and you can cancel anytime. Cancelling ends the founding rate permanently, so it is worth keeping if you have one.
